In high-demand situations, guests who are self-booked through consumer sites are often assigned to the most inferior rooms and don’t get any status.

Typically, hotels and resorts publish rates about a year in advance (around 2 years for cruises), though sometimes travel advisors can get rates before they are published. For common travel destinations, six months in advance is a very manageable time frame. That said, I can help you even with the last-minute travel needs, so I encourage you to reach out regardless of timing.

However, clients seeking professional bespoke itinerary design and travel planning service are charged a separate research and planning fee. This is discussed transparently in advance and reflects the time, expertise, and level of detail involved in designing a personalized travel experience.
